Leadership Essentials (LE) is a two-day conference intended for school and system leaders who are new to their role, within the last five years, and focuses on the exchange of information to assist them in their leadership roles.

Registration is free to active ATA members and includes all resource materials, breakfast and lunch for both days. Participants are responsible for travel and accommodation costs.
This conference is only for ATA members. Some locals may be able to assist with grants-in-aid (GIA), please contact your local to see if they offer GIA for this event.The deadline to cancel your registration with no penalty is January 12, 2026.
